    这是家很棒的酒店，酒店提前打电话联系了我并给我发了定位，在办入住的过程中前台美女张舒细心介绍，还帮我把房间升级了，在入住过程中有什么需要都可以联系小张，很棒，还有个小美女潘璐的服务也很棒，前台入住办好后，小潘帮我把行李送到房间，还跟我介绍房间里的设施，很有耐心，真是很棒的一次体验，下次介绍朋友过来玩，直的推荐，棒棒棒????????

    我定的是熊猫主题家庭房，前台和服务员都很热情，还给孩子送了礼物??，酒店离景区非常的近，早餐也还算可以。来南山竹海玩，值得住。

    酒店是新中式风格，很有特色，前台张舒小姐姐的服务超级好????，来之前小姐姐提前联系了我并加上我的微信把酒店定位发我，这样就省的我们走冤枉路了??。住酒店景区是可以打8折的，小姐姐还专门帮我们规划了路线让我们怎么玩不累又省时间，真的是太棒了，早餐是自助的也非常丰富，吃的东西又新鲜又多，真的是太棒的一次旅行，大赞??????下次朋友过来玩必须介绍这家酒店。性价比非常高。

    本来定的对面客栈，因客栈未营业，给我调换到对面五星级温泉酒店，然后前台又帮我选了一个套房（可能因为疫情期间吧）整体环境非常棒，早起伴着鸟鸣声起床，拉开窗帘和窗子，大口呼吸新鲜空气，绝对是忙碌中休养生息的好地方。早餐也是很丰富，第二天去景点步行到南山竹海，从保安到服务员，服务态度都超级好！非常棒的一次体验！

    网上订的双床房，含御水温泉票，到了前台，顺口问了一下能不能换成大床房，前台的工作人员夏芸很热情的帮忙请示了前厅经理吕啸，痛快的给免费升级到了大床套房！实在是太惊喜了！感谢！整个住宿体验极佳，酒店离南山竹海走路两分钟、离御水温泉走路五分钟，停车场就在酒店门外街对面，非常好的一次出行体验，下次还会来这住！强烈推荐！
