  很满意的一次体验，周丽华经历非常优秀。 因为我们人在海外，无法陪伴父母过生日，特定了这家酒店。 1.服务周到贴心 刚下单，妈妈就收到了酒店的电话，有管家可以添加微信，联系方便。 有帮忙简单布置了一下房间，父母看到很惊喜，很开心。 2.环境舒适 下午去泡温泉的时候，没有人，简直就是泡了个私汤。很满意。 3.餐食 晚饭在酒店餐厅吃的，量蛮大的，还送了生日面。 总体来说，时很满意的一次体验，以后还会来的！

  酒店周经理给我们安排了房间升级，房间带有阳台，出行当天晴空万里，非常惬意，临时接到消息说需要做核酸检测，疫情期间出门不是很方便，但是周经理服务暖心，也帮忙预约了景区的门票，酒店很不错，性价比很高。 酒店的自助早餐特别丰富，吃的很满足。下次还会再来der

  天目湖美不胜收。御湖半岛酒店更让人感到家的温暖。从门口的迎宾小哥，到前台的小姐姐都体现那么无微不至的服务。特别要感谢的是从酒店预订到旅程结束期间照顾我们的周小姐。景点的预约，房间的安排，早餐的服务都是妥妥的周到，细致。毫不夸张，可以说是我住过酒店里服务中最最好的。下次我还会选择这里的。

  非常好的入住体验！临时决定带小朋友到溧阳玩，看山看水看竹林。小朋友喜欢玩水，于是订了离水世界较近的带泳池的这家酒店。酒店环境很好，也是环湖边的看得到天目湖，还升级到了带阳台的房间，为了不浪费阳台于是有一晚点了外卖烧烤，太爽了！酒店有泳池全天开放，虽然不大但小朋友玩的很开心，温泉下午2点才开放，没来得及去体验。酒店早餐还是比较丰富的，还有下午茶，红丝绒蛋糕很好吃，可惜没有咖啡。酒店的陆经理全程都贴心帮忙安排我们的行程，还告知如何购买打折票更优惠，为我们“说走就走”的旅程带来安心。推荐！

  这次出行选择的酒店是天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店，酒店服务超赞，服务员会提前一天联系你，为你们提供管家一对一服务，有一个叫周丽华的管家添加我们的微信，住宿期间对我们挺关心，会问你们吃饭了吗？需要帮忙预约位置吗，我们告知她要出去吃日料，她第一时间就给我们发了个日料店的定位过来，退房也是很贴心地跟我们道别，服务一流，五星级标准，为酒店有这样的服务员点赞！
