因此次入住找化妆包才得知先生的电脑包遗失，致电话酒店方得知留在房间内，对于这块，酒店服务很不到位，既然入驻时留有客户的电话就便于紧急事联系，发现电脑包包都不曾联系客户此行为很不满意。还是我们自己电话才告知，为何不主动联系呢？
