三件事，第一、入住的时候，前面就一个人排队，还让我们等了半小时，这效率也是没谁了。第二、房间厕所及其的小，蹲下去站起来容易碰到头，最利害得是，居然是个玻璃房厕所，都是带小孩的，你让我怎么上厕所洗澡？？第三、早上吃饭的时候，本来说在三楼，排队超长，服务人员说，去四楼不用排队，我们就上去了，结果四楼排队的人更多了，好不容易轮到我们进去吃了，居然没有筷子，说在洗，又等了好久，筷子才来，别的不说了，这酒店下次打死不会来住了。

这家亲子餐厅的服务生都很热情，孩子很喜欢，酒店的早餐还是比较丰富的，至于旁边的水镇，没什么特别好吃的店，填饱肚子不成问题，奥莱其实最多算工厂店没有价格优势。住的圆床度假房，空间很大，床也够大，儿童浴衣拖鞋都有，可惜有些旧，从一些卫生细节上看酒店应该做些深度保洁了。

酒店就位于中华恐龙园的旁边，位置极佳！无论是吃饭或者逛街都很方便。整个酒店的装修紧扣“恐龙园”这个主题，就连地毯都含有恐龙元素…服务暖心周到！是一次愉快的经历。

房间太有特色了，配套设施到位，有好多适合小朋友玩的设施，离恐龙园非常近，楼下有吃、有玩、有购物，方便快捷。

酒店基本都满意，服务热情，有火车站接车服务，小礼物，位置很好找，离温泉也很近了，酒店内很多恐龙很有意思，选的西部牛仔有吧台，孩子特别喜欢，不足之处就是卫生情况，餐厅和房间，房间厕所有异味还蛮重的，但也急着出去玩懒得要求换了，关厕所门就好。。。

酒店离温泉走路很近，酒店环境和自助餐很有童趣，只是房间很小，和恐龙园一墙之隔，正好12.31住，园里的跨年活动吵死了，吵到12点多，全是劲爆音乐，带低音，心脏受不了。平时恐龙园也有夜间开放到10：00，需要安静的就要考虑了
