入住前一天订好了一个大床房，结果第二天到店跟我说要么大床房八点前退房，要么只有标准间，行，我自己一个人我住标间，晚饭订外卖东西比较多，找门口礼宾工作人员帮我一起拿上去，告知行李可以，外卖绝对不行，态度极其恶劣，我向前台经理投诉，一顿安抚和模棱两可的话，还说处理好了给我打电话告知结果，到现在也没接到什么电话，这个酒店，呵呵，俩字，别去！

和朋友一起带娃游玩，定了2晚的维景，我只想说不愧是出租车司机口中常州地区数一数二的酒店，里面服务员们的素质就是好，特别是前台的小姐姐，忘记姓名了，强烈要求领导好好表扬一下，我们2大2小定了1间标房，有2天的双人早餐，我们希望能合并在1天用掉，另1天去外面品尝常州的特色小吃，小姐姐知道后，帮我们和领导去申请，让我们如愿以偿，另外小朋友的一次性拖鞋，牙刷也很快给我们送来了，这样的服务，我们以后来常州一定还要住。
