去之前看评价说服务跟不上，我们入住没有遇到类似问题。酒店环境很好，服务也很好，像我换了地方就无法入睡的人，居然一觉到天明，以后还会选择这里

带孩子和老人一起出行，特意找了周边有商业的酒店，希尔顿里的洗漱用品真的不太适合五星酒店的名头，看着就很劣质不要说使用感了！其他设施和服务都还算可以！

出行还是要住好一点的酒店！房间干净舒适，服务的态度也很不错，虽然房间的空调坏了但是叫来维修很快就修好了。中餐厅的服务和味道都很好，以后还会继续住希尔顿
