欧美客户应该入住比较多，所以床都很高，空调声音轻比较满意。早八点半就有服务人员敲门估计想打扫卫生，比较不满意，本来睡得就晚被她吵醒

作为知名酒店，有2点需要改进的br-/房间空调居然不能调节温度。打电话给服务中心被告知房间里面的温控是不能调节的，如果觉得热可以开窗。第一次遇到这样的情况…br-/早餐服务人员服务意识。要加一位早餐居然不是入座了过来签而是门口一定要签掉。而且还没有人带位，这个4星酒店就有的服务吧。入座后也没有服务员来问你是否要咖啡还是茶水。

早早预定了酒店，价格也很实惠 比起主题酒店真的性价比高很多 毕竟是品牌5星 和主题酒店的区别就是在于服务和品质，服务态度没的说 无论是哪里都体现出了星级标准，自助早餐也很棒，品种也多，味道也好 房间很干净 设施也很齐全 游泳池包场的感觉真的很棒??

在艺龙订酒店最最最生气的一次，提前20多天订房、到临近出门那几天含双早的房价都比提前定的便宜100块钱。跟艺龙沟通了很多天都不让取消订单。到酒店发现酒店门市价含双早的价格比艺龙提前订的也便宜。真不知道提前订酒店意义何在。跟朋友一家子带小朋友出门，小朋友早上得吃早饭啊，无奈又我们自己加了120元一位的早餐。

两天入住常州新城希尔顿酒店，酒店卫生间🚻超大，这个酒店构造很像家住的感觉！唯一有缺陷的是淋雨房密封不够好，水会往外流，沐浴后需要小心地滑！brbr推荐指数：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
