酒店设施略显陈旧，但是服务很不错，服务人员很热情，酒店位置很好离春秋淹城旅游区不远，周边众多商圈吃饭娱乐都很便利！

最烂的一次出行，在网上定了六间房，晚上所有远道亲朋到了后去前台拿房，被告知只查到两间，其余四间，查了一个多小时后才查到，前台圆脸服务生小妹，罗里吧嗦不懂先安抚所有住客疲惫之心与焦躁之火，不停为自己开脱找借口解释，抛下一句，你们自己网上定的，那你们自己打网上客服电话问啊，中途交涉的这一个多小时，不停把气氛斡旋至最僵硬。本来酒店其他情况还是可行也值得信赖，但就这种前台服务生的素养，以及莫名其妙一个劲说找不到订单，但是大半夜飚火后，最终又找到了的状态，实在可笑至极。试问和网站的合作关系如果酒店自己协调不好，还敢再奔过去住宿的大晚上让我们自己解决？？哪来的勇气与资本？？永远不会二次选择你家。
