很豪华的酒店 不论是外观还是内部都非常气派 酒店工作人员热情态度很好 入住很舒适 就是这个天盖羽绒被太热了些 而且咨询前台说无薄被可换 😂 早餐种类再丰富些就更完美了 位置也不错就在嬉戏谷边上 毗邻太湖 风景宜人 自驾游是个不错的选择

酒店空调只可以制冷，不可以自己调制热。外面10度里面还是制冷，我也是醉了。服务台还不会搞，我感觉这么大的酒店还不如汉庭等快捷酒店呢，真心不会再住。

第一次定酒店，为了带女儿过万圣节，也嬉戏谷有优惠票，同程推荐了凯莱大饭店，离嬉戏谷最近。步行到嬉戏谷也只要5分钟，酒店很豪华，房间干净宽敞，各项设施、物品齐全周到，很是喜欢！特别是酒店的服务，从到酒店门口开始、入住、用餐，都很是热情！自助的早餐很丰盛！下次来嬉戏谷一定还定凯莱！！

去嬉戏谷玩的，这家酒店就在乐园门口，总体还可以，房间比较大，即使国庆期间停车也非常方便，希望早餐再丰富一些就好了，品种比较少。也许门口就是乐园的原因，酒店内的亲子设施比较少。
