差，差，差，房间没有wifi，找人维修，把客人晾在一边40多分钟，态度特别差，甚至恶劣。找同程投诉退房，同程让我等了半小时，结果告诉我搞不定，酒店这个样子，同程也是这样，我是出来受气的吗？这种酒店我宁愿放弃也被会住。

春节订了二间房，总体感觉还不错。酒店环境很好，能散步，很安静，离天目湖公园也不远。周边吃饭也很方便。节日期间酒店每天送一个小礼品，很温馨，在网上看评论早饭简单，我的感觉还可以。
