一进大堂就是一股弄弄的饭菜酒水的味道，能让人呕吐！前台很小，接待人员办事效率太低，很难想象这种品牌的酒店会有这些让人目瞪口呆的问题。门口保安和礼宾的素质也很低！！

五星级酒店，整体感觉很好，房间装潢 设计大气，上档次，房间面积大，舒适。服务周到，还提供了小孩的牙刷和拖鞋，很不错的一次体验。性价比高。

酒店离常州恐龙乐园非常近，酒店设施齐全，但是不知道为什么房间里一股霉味，跟客房服务员说过，她说房间是刚打扫出来的…对于一个鼻子敏感的人来说有点痛苦…早餐不错，很丰盛。性价比还行，以后再来，如果能解决房间没味的问题应该还会入住

由于是51小长假，大概人比较多，早餐没有管理好，煎蛋是之前煎好的，面档也很混乱，但是选择蛮多的，松饼是现做的！全酒店婴儿床只有六张，先到先得，6楼有烟味。整体来说，5星级酒店小长假卖600这样的价格，算性价比高的
