酒店的服务很棒，虽然周边没有什么购物的地方，但是去淹城住这里确实不错，酒店里面的人员非常热情，他们的自助餐非常推荐，128每位 ，太值了，有螃蟹有虾有鱼有刺身，我女儿90公分不收费！要说酒店的缺点，就是房间地毯太脏了，还有床上的红布子，有几块油迹没洗干净，德国的酒店卫生要求应该比较高才对！

比较几家中十一期间同程的价格最便宜，于是在同程订了酒店。酒店位置很好找，特别高大上。早上九点半到店，房间就准备好可以入住了。这点非常满意。进房间挺很干净，只是空调坏把我的心情也弄糟了。与前台几次沟通后换了房间，处理我很满意。唯一不满意的是后面2天的早饭，实在吃的东西太少，而且服务员也不及时补菜。

房间比较小，卫生状况还可以，洗澡水热水出水要等好久，房间设施还可以，早餐还不错，
入住时只给一份早餐卷，因为第二天早上出发比较早所以让司机过来后也去吃个早餐，前台服务员还找理由说什么厨房不同意什么的，这个有点过分了，我预定的房间本来就是二份早餐的，虽然之后还是给我了但是我对此还是很不爽，希望以后改进。
