五一假期来住了几天，酒店环境很好，风景优美，四面环湖绿树成荫，还有漂亮的孔雀，家庭房布置了小帐篷和儿童小床，充满了童趣，甚是可爱。工作人员的态度亲和有礼，客房服务真诚热情，打扫房间仔细认真，每晚还赠送水果和纯牛奶。
在此特别感谢早餐厅领班龚女士亲切的服务，还有感谢礼宾部李飞帮忙将我们遗忘的婴儿推车的扶手寄回来。
总体觉得紫薇花园酒店很不错，做到了“宾至如归”，会考虑下次再来！
对于酒店管理有两点小建议:
1、建议家庭房的小帐篷里放一些海洋球供小朋友玩耍，还可以放些简单的绘本/画本，增强家庭房的趣味性。
2、不知道是不是1楼的缘故，虽然放了空气清新剂，但卫生间屡有下水道反味令人不适，建议工程部解决这个问题。

酒店硬件和服务总体都不错。虽然是五星酒店，但在节假日只有400多，性价比挺高的。酒店停车位比较多，适合自驾游。内部有个孔雀园，孩子们很喜欢逗它们玩。早餐尚比较丰富，客观说大概4星水准。房间蛮大，设施齐全，力士的洗浴用品。有健身房没有游泳池。订的套餐里含牛排晚餐，餐饮部刘玲部长服务很周到！

环境非常好，干净整洁，而且特别特别安静，房间内很多小细节处理的特别好，我一般不写点评，但是好久没住过这么满意的酒店了，非常非常推荐！
