一楼靠近大厅的房间，隔音不好，外面人说话都听得很清楚，还好起得早影响不大。卫生间瓷砖美缝需要重新做，有点脏。临水的阳台很不错，送来的早餐在阳台上吃感觉不错，早餐不是那么丰富但是也够吃了。

周边环境很不错，春秋城，野生动物园步行5分钟。榻榻米床很大，整个设施都还挺新的，干净卫生。性价比很高
