??????棒棒哒，挺好的，都是微笑服务，戴眼镜的瘦瘦高高的男经理一直乐呵呵，并且笑得很自然，彬彬有礼，很有，温文尔雅，见人都打招呼，敬业精神和服务意识很是感人??早餐厅的姐姐们也很好，笑意盈盈，也很漂亮，总体看来管理不错，店长值得点赞！??
去常州天目湖玩儿的住了一晚，订了好几个房间，朋友们都很满意??

酒店位置好，距离火车站非常近，出行很方便、设施也可以，等都对得起价格，总体也算不错。只是服务意识有待提高：由于本人离店时走得着急，把华为手机充电器遗落到房间里了，晚上到异地时才发现，于是打电话给酒店前台联系，确认是遗落到房间了。于是让朋友去取，今天碰到朋友时发现拿回来的充电器把充电头换成了市场通用充电头。我就纳闷了：1.查房时没有发现我充电器遗落么？为什么不能主动联系我告诉我充电器遗落了呢？2.既然我打电话确认充电器遗落在房间里，为什么还要把我的华为快充充电器给换成疏通通用充电头？为维也纳酒店的服务表示遗憾！！！

没有大家讲那么夸张，虽然是老酒店，但是感觉还可以。
服务很好，很热情。
早上去火车站不用走下过道，直接南广场进去可以里面穿到北广场。
周边在修地铁，是有点乱糟糟。
