酒店服务太差，入住的时候居然身份证不还给我，已调出酒店监控和酒店人员一起查看，酒店人员也认可是入住的时候没把身份证还给我。
自己也没注意就进房间了，第二天早上电话到前台问，前台坚决否认有遗落身份证，在我强烈要求下才同意帮我找一下，过一会我又打电话过来，说身份证找到了，是别的客人捡到了。那么我问在哪里捡到的，答复是不知道。
酒店前台人员没有一句真话，出了问题就知道推诿，全程连一句道歉的话都没有。
我现在开始怀疑酒店是不是出于某种目的有意的不还给我身份证，感觉住了黑店。
