嘉华经常住，只是这家嘉华的卫生情况确实令人哭笑不得，背面上有灰尘算了，床单和枕套上居然都是体毛（几十根吧），让人体验很差，卫生间移动门上居然有口水痕迹，只能自己擦掉。第二天，反复强调后有改观，但依旧和别家嘉华有差距。其他的，服务和设施都不错，希望以后注意吧。

第一次入住万达系酒店，再无欲望住第二次。长途开车晚上九点左右到达，却被告知由于电脑故障无法办理入住手续，何时才能修好却答不上来，因为维修人员还在赶来的路上，当时感冒发烧，前台建议大厅的沙发坐等一下，走过去发现大厅米黄色的沙发油渍斑斑，根本不敢坐，大厅里散玩童奔跑喧哗无人阻止，整个大厅乱哄哄，半八时后终于可以办理入住手续，得知我感冒还免费赠送一杯姜茶到房间，刚有的一点好感却被房间的极差的卫生冲走了：浴缸沿口上赫然有一根体毛、床单上有头发。虽然客房服务员马上过来换了床品，对浴缸和马桶进行了消毒，但对这个酒店的管理不敢恭维

1.酒店还可以，就是晚上空调声音太大，维修弄好了半夜又闹起来。br2.孩子1.21，超出一丁点，早餐晚餐都收费，关键没啥好吃的。（其他酒店可能还会人性化处理不收费）br3.晚上朋友过来，在大厅要买杯果汁，被要求去茶吧，到了茶吧茶水也没有，点好了又不好支付，只能弄了杯白水，这对酒店而言是不应该的。
