首先，酒店的介绍和配图都有误导消费者的嫌疑。温泉根本不是酒店设施。入住时被告知要买温泉票。订房时说五一期间可以享受免费的自助晚餐，到了前台说只是享受优惠价。最后电话了艺龙的售后服务才解决。酒店的位置是优势，带孩子还是推荐的，酒店服务不错，但设施一般。
