单人间确实比标间要小，看上去比较局促，设施确实陈旧了，不过卫生做的不错。看上去很整洁。早饭不错。

设施的确陈旧了，卫生间相对小了点，但卫生很不错。
跟如家莫泰比这些快捷酒店比，那就领先几个档次了。早餐虽然简单，但是免费送的，每样都热气腾腾的，酒店本来就是做餐饮的，东西弄的很不错。

前台非常厉害，态度非常拽啊！第一次入住状元楼，不知道你们押金和房钱是合起来付款的，本以为可以房费给现金，押金刷预授权的，你们的前台厉害的不得了啊，没有现金不要住啊！我定都定了，怎么不住啊，然后胡乱找银行。隔天，打电话问前台，接起电话第一句话就是喂，没有问候语吗？没有电话语吗？设施设备，我给满分，服务绝对差评，连门口的迎宾小姐都不如，她们还知道说声欢迎下次光临的。
