怎么说呢 房间烟味很大，换了一间味道还是有，得多注意尽量别让客人在房间里抽烟，多通风，睡了一晚都腌入味了。不过服务态度还是不错的值得肯定

2月4日一家人入住。房间宽敞。
楼面服务员良好，总台服务员太差！
淋浴房下水地漏堵。
房间隔音太差，隔壁房间凌晨入住客人大声喧哗至天明，我们屡次投诉，总台服务员处理无果。可笑的是凌晨五点总台竟然说要我们换房。受惊扰的是我们，无语火大！

房间很大，两张大床，房内电源都是触屏，一推开门窗帘就自动打开，房间虽靠近街道，但由于不是主道还是很安静，空调制冷很快，房间有空气净化器，洗手间干湿分离，比一般酒店大，淋浴的水量很大，如设计能放衣物的架就更好了，不得不提洗手间的背景音乐效果很不错。早餐有粿、鸡蛋，粥还有一些菜和包点、水果，种类能满足基本需求，前厅态度亲和，咨询耐心，服务到位。丽枫是不错的选择！
