来过多少次广东不记得了，反正没有住过服务如此差的宾馆，还是潮州唯二的四星酒店，设施陈旧老化不说，宾馆我们住的2号楼，早上8点多就被装修的巨大噪音吵醒了，以为自己听错了，打电话到前台问答复是三楼夜总会装修，告诉说就一点工程量，明天就不吵了。给了换1号楼的解决方案，但是房间反而小了。我们没换，第二天早上虽然没有电钻，确开始敲锤子砸，出去玩了。第三天周日上午8点电钻又开始了，忍无可忍了，打电话去投诉，大堂经理陈杰说是给换到8层就不吵了，问他为什么说假话，而且不顾客人的感受，他说是施工队他们也没办法，任何游客白天出去旅游一天都需要很好的休息，早上8点电钻声吵醒客人在四星酒店也是独一份了。受不了宾馆的谎言退房，结账时也没有任何补偿，问他就这么代表潮州市的形象吗，他说你去投诉吧，我们宾馆就是这解决方案。服务态度还不如一个小商贩！然后去潮州市人民政府12345电话投诉他们！四星的潮州宾馆让人恶心！

酒店地理位置很好，应该是潮州最好的酒店了，自驾车出行首选，保安很负责，酒店管理的不错，挺满意的！
