首先得说酒店环境很好，房间也大，粗略看很干净。细说，五一订了两个房间，下午3:30到酒店被告知还不能入住，前台美女说要等等，我们五个人等了10几分钟眼看着比我们晚进来的都办理好入住了，于是上前去问，美女才漫不经心的回答有个房间的灯坏了要等工程部来维修，我问要什么时候才能维修好我们才能住进去，美女竟然回答可能要晚一点或者要晚上，我惊呆。。。。国内外住过这么多酒店还是第一次遇到这么棒的回答！！！于是，深呼吸，让美女给我们换了个房间。于是，我们一家三口住3楼，父母住4楼。然后就是房间的隔音效果奇差无比，住客在走廊上说话，房间内听的清清楚楚。还有，床单看似雪白雪白的很干净，却有人体毛发和不明颗粒。早餐也很辣鸡，四星酒店那样的早餐也是醉了。
