原本对潮汕文化很期待，到了这个据说是当地地标性建筑的酒店，彻底失望了，几个问题：1、设备老旧，卫生粗燥，走廊昏暗，有浓郁的霉味。2、前台服务态度一般，不太回答问题。3、房间使用过程中半夜柜灯会突然变暗变量，木板印记像是人形，多处灯不亮夜半吓人。4、酒店退房时间不能到2点，1点电话就来催退房了。5、楼下是夜总会，共用楼梯，深深的夜场烟酒气息，不太安全。总结就是家庭旅馆多了几层楼，然后遇到不会评星的，然后成了伪四星，不如乡镇3星级，极差的住宿体验。

从来没住过如此差的酒店，设施陈旧，房间极小，入住体检特差，室内物品没有一样敢碰，烟味酒味浓烈，且一点钟就要要求退房。第一点气愤的点评。

艺龙系统自动定的双床房，到店加钱又换了行政大床房，这点艺龙有点不周到。酒店设施有点旧，还算安静，餐厅实在不怎样。

又贵又烂。是我住过体验最差的酒店。光是连不上网就搞死你。 手机电脑设置来设置去都连不上。服务跟不上。 另外酒店里面一股发霉味道。 服务员看你网上定的给你安排角落的房间。边边角角的房间。冲凉房都是三角形的。
