酒店床不舒服，卫生一般。最可气的是早上还在睡觉中被据说是服务员的人直接开门进入，然后酒店也无具体处理措施。无语，管理太乱了。

一开始给我们开一个房 桌上的灰挺厚的一层 打了服务电话以后 协商了后 给我们换了一间房 但隔音真的醉了 从10点多到三点多了 隔壁房一直吵一直吵 打了套房电话 打不出 我们就用手机打 两次！第一次说让人到我们房间看看 结果没有 我们再打一次 来了一个说 跟她说这些也没用的啊姨 说换房也没有了 都满房了 我们自己下楼找总台 总台说要不就给我们换房 反正这就是这家酒店的服务态度 我们几个就睡了半小时
