最开始去的时候，前台一直说找不到订单～～然后她打电话给艺龙，报了订单号，艺龙第一次说也没有，然后前台就不准备管我们了！！！我们自己再次跟艺龙沟通，最后在去哪儿那边找到订单，原来订单号错了～这里表扬一下艺龙，一直都有跟进我们的状态～～前台从头到尾，感觉都在状况外！！！
入住以后，出去吃东西，回来的时候，超级恶心的事情发生了～墙上有两只超级大的蟑螂～我们打电话给前台换房间，还说我们入住的太晚，不可以更换～我就直接火了～说那这怎么住！！！最后他们找了保洁阿姨上来，她自己也惊呆了！！！才打电话让我们更换～真的特别影响心情，图片也放上去了，大家自行感受啦～
