酒店一般，性价比不高，房间的设施还算可以，大堂太简陋，不像是个酒店，也就是个招待所的水平。我住的房间打不开门，说是门锁坏了，每次都要让楼层服务员开门。停车在门前，不是酒店的停车场，还要收费。

酒店好像和一个办公楼共用一个大门，酒店内没有吃饭的地方，不过酒店的房间内装修还比较新，吃饭需要穿过马路对面一个小胡同，到另外一条街上，有八大碗、湘菜等可选，早餐可在小胡同内早点摊解决，在此旅游旺季，倒也还算性价比可以接受的选择。

服务态度恶劣，35度桑拿天空调不致冷，找经理协调，经理理直气壮的说“下班了，修不了”，要电风扇没有。仗着承德周末各个酒店没有房间的优势，限定我们20分钟换酒店，否则只能凑合，哎！拿钱找气受的承德之旅，估计这辈子不愿再提。
