就目前承德市内酒店来讲，雍和园还算不错的了。如果服务水平再提高些就好了，下次还会住这里。

服务员水平有待提高，不过对于商务酒店来说也凑合了。房间还可以，比较干净。没有什么娱乐设施，洗浴棋牌室都没有。不过要是住一晚就去玩了还是值得推荐的！

酒店卫生条件还可以，因为开业不久所以感觉还是蛮干净的。值得推荐！

酒店位置还好，距离山庄开车也就是五六分钟。因为去过几次承德了，所以感觉住宿条件比周围的酒店要好。

酒店硬件条件与周围酒店相比较还是很不错的，开业不久还算干净。就是隔音不太好，服务员早晨在楼道内使用对讲机的声音就像是电视剧当中村干部通知社员开会一样。希望酒店加强管理措施！
