  朋友推荐过来的，总的来说还不错，值得推荐[强] 工作人员很细心，提前一天联系我们了解一下我们大概几点到，防疫方面的注意事项，还有需不需要帮忙订餐（中午到了好饿，幸亏提前点了，节省了等待时间，给酒店点赞），东西带的有点多还会有服务人员到停车场接我们！ 房间是平层别墅那种，还有个小院子，可以泡户外私汤，个人感觉下雪泡肯定特别浪漫！房间也挺有设计感的很舒服，卫生也干净，有事就打电话或者微信联系，当然想安安静静度个假，也没有人会打扰，用餐酒店也可以帮忙联系餐厅送餐到房间，很赞！还会再来

  🚗 交通：需要出京，在七家镇，皇家温泉度假地。 🧹卫生：干净整洁，温泉在院子里，放水之前会有管家来清扫，并放水，泡完后也不用管会有管家打理。 🍃环境：小院子平层别墅，有两个卧室，都配有独立卫生间，室内也有浴缸，客厅宽敞明亮，有个小厨房，但厨房配套设施不多，没法自己做。餐厅环境也素雅优美。还有公共温泉设施大堂大厅，但疫情原因没有开放。环境是精心设计过的，让人感觉放松，很好，还想再去。 🔔服务：管家服务很周到，在院子里发个微信，一切问题都可以解决。我们在屋里吃的饭，把餐点进来，很惬意。

  房间很整洁，有很多小设计，现代简约设计混搭令人耳目一新。房间设施齐全，很新，很赞，床头蓝牙音响也很好用，回归核心主题，床睡着很舒服，疲惫一扫而空。店内设计风格更适合年轻人，有种度假风的感觉，惬意，舒适，

  我们全家人一起休闲玩耍，非常适合。卫生条件挺好的服务到位，房间院子里可以泡汤。下午茶有送到房间，边泡汤边享受哈哈😄孩子玩儿的开心😃早餐可以环境很好

  工作人员服务态度很好，走时还给了一份伴手礼；硬件设施很齐全，虽然没有空调，但是山谷晚上凉爽，屋内没有感觉到热；院内泡池工作人员放水时，撒了花瓣和艾叶包，赠送了漂浮下午茶以及银耳羹，十分贴心；餐厅里面很漂亮；中心环境不错，其余两边在扩建中，值得一去。
