非常满意，2021年最后一天，因为退房时不小心将电脑💻遗失在前台，联系酒店时，工作人员核对完信息后，确实无误后，帮忙了邮寄。特别感谢宾客服务经理Andy，下次出差承德一定首选元宝山假日酒店。

交通很便利，离高速口不是很远。房间很干净，床垫很舒适不是那种特别软的，睡起来腰不累，羽绒被盖起来也很舒服。床是2米的大床，就算睡一家三口也不挤。他们家免费提供儿童用具（找服务员要），鞋底挺厚的，比一般一次性的要好。自助早餐花样很多，西式中式都很全，门口还有一个小型的儿童游乐区域，里面书很多，喜欢看书的孩子可以阅览很久。酒店内有一个中式饭店叫彩丰小馆，能吃到很多承德特色菜，乾隆白菜，贝勒爷烤肉…尤其那杏仁真的很好吃！

一家三口来承德玩，十分信任洲际品牌，果然没让我们失望。
酒店疫情防控做的非常到位，员工严格消毒查验绿码。
设施设备都是新的环境十分干净，前台小妹有礼貌，礼宾主动上来拎行李。
房间面积大，有暖风睡觉不冷，窗外满眼绿色倦意全无。
早餐品种非常丰富全家吃的十分开心，酒店还有个室内热带花园。
最重要的就是交通便利，过马路就可以看鼎盛王朝演出，到避暑山庄也不远，车位随便停。

酒店工作人员比较热情，房间设施不错，布局合理，很新，两张床间有个小沙发挺舒适，但是902不知道为什么没有沙发。鼎盛王朝就在马路对面很方便，一楼的彩丰小馆菜也挺好吃，份量足。
