承德县政府招待所的感觉，房间超值、还有自助早餐。原来以为承德县距离承德避暑山庄很近，匆忙下订单了，却不能退，被逼来的。交通不便。

在下板城是最好的宾馆了，餐也不错，吃饭的很多！服务也很好，迎宾楼没有一次性拖鞋，最好自带呀！就是设施太旧了，费用能承受的朋友建议贵宾楼。

早餐很丰富，停车还算方便，旁边的烧烤餐馆味道不错，但餐厅服务还需要提高，尤其是卫生间设施比较旧，需要改进，总体性价比不错。

距离承德市30公里，走国道，目前正在修路，走夜路要小心一些。
人民政府招待所，干净。附近也比较清净。
早餐比较丰富，吃得饱饱的。
玩完避暑山庄或外八庙后，建议在承德市吃完再到酒店住宿。
贵宾楼条件很好，迎宾楼条件差一点，但只是住一晚应该还可以接受。

乾隆宾馆的设施有些老旧，还算干净，很安全，早餐很好，我们还吃了两顿晚餐，大馒头很大也很好吃！住在县城挺惬意的！呵呵

离承德非常远，感觉上当受骗了，房间非常非常的破，没烧水壶，脏旧，感觉非常失望。

房间老旧,卫生间实在不敢恭维,简直就是50年代的老式洗手台\马桶\浴缸
没有热水,要热水,服务员送来的是热水瓶,真是无语
尽管前台服务不错,早餐样式很多
但,还是不推荐
