酒店比较有特色，地理位置很好，去小布达拉宫和避暑山庄比较方便，酒店服务还好，就是卫生间设施有点旧

酒店位置很好！距离景点和高速口都很近！服务也挺好的，前台的姑娘和小伙都很好说话，房间里还送了水果，让我很意外*不过客观的讲

服务态度好，但酒店管理混乱。餐饮像是外包，全是接待团队，难吃价高。游泳池也是外包，周围居民爆棚。房间里卫生间肮脏。酒店位置较偏僻。不推荐入住。

入住承德上客堂酒店感觉还行，酒店是个老酒店，大厅很棒，庭院很好，古色古香，很有特点，可是房间内设备比较老旧，电水壶内的茶垢让你都不敢煮水，但是服务较热情周到。

酒店在普宁寺寮房后边，古香古色，一墙之隔，早上能听到喇嘛们早课敲钟的声音，很有佛门圣地的感觉！有独立的院落，适合带着孩子来的人。服务热情，没有他们所说的床硬，感觉还可以。
