酒店服务倒是前所未有，能主动作为，谁见到都是你好！只是空调会经常关机休息，而不是24小时服务。比如天太热，会关机休息。外面下雨也会关，说是太凉快，总之很随机，半夜都会被热醒。这是唯一败笔。设施不算太新，有些岁月痕迹。去哪都很方便，但又不是那么方便，都要坐车，而不能步行可达，除了宽窄巷子可以花20分钟步行到。酒店中规中矩，可以接受，但又不是那么惊艳。早餐单一，每天如一。出酒店们右转10米，有家卖锅盔的，味道不错。吉祥街路口有家卖炸果子的，味道不错。奎星街美食一条街，比宽窄巷子吃的多而价格适中。奎星街有家红旗超市，卖的芒果味道不错,甜多汁，每天要去买。
