不知道怎么说了，酒店说没有接到艺龙的电话预定申请，所以没有我预定的商务间，只好给我临时开了豪华单间，住宿环境只能说干净吧，房间的门锁是坏的，不能反锁，门锁上的防盗锁链也丢失了*

当天临近入住前几个小时告知-酒店已经确认的订单要单方面涨价，而且是国庆十月三号，我不接受涨价，难道还让我拎着行李再去找别家入住？之后，打电话给酒店告知会晚点到，去入住的时候说，你刚不是取消了么。我真是对这家店很无语。很不愉快，满肚子气。就这样子的过程。不推荐！
