酒店的前台服务热情，及时。位置方便，利于出行。房间装修稍旧但有欧洲风格，还比较温馨。不临街的房间很令人满意。

换名字了，开始在手机上一直没找到。以前是这家的会员，但是换名字都没有通知会员。而且以前的会员卡也不能用了。希望酒店管理能有所提升。
