酒店前台小姐姐们工作效率高，热情周到，态度很好，真的感觉回家了一样的温馨！客房部大姐服务也很热情，有需要就给，大姐性格很好，很温柔让人感觉很舒服，酒店整体设施很不错，乾净 整洁 ！离医院 动物园 熊猫基地都很近很近，放心入住！真实体验

想着第二天去熊猫基地近一点，就选择入住了此酒店。淡季价格房费还要近三百，288的房费感觉不值，携程订单下的轻奢房，办入住给的房卡是舒适大床房。拿卡后幸好与前台确认了一次，工作人员才又看订单换房卡。周边吃东西也不方便，推开窗户外围全是菜地，很荒凉，体验感很不好，这个房费特别不值当

房间环境不错，交通方便，地铁站很近，前台的小姐姐笑容可以再多一点，整体来説不错，?唯一不好的是洗衣房的烘乾机烘不乾衣服???。

If you are so eager to come as early as possible to visit the pandas at the research base, this is the perfect hotel. You can basically walk to the entrance in 30 minutes, or you can take the shuttle bus. Room was clean, and service was great, even though they speak little english they tried their best to help. Can be difficult to find entrance for taxis/didi as it is one way street to the hotel so need to drive around to reach the reception.

Great place to stay, a little far from the shopping areas but located near a little shop and some food places. Quite near to the panda breeding place also. Overall, I say it was a really good hotel and the staff and the cleaning staff were all really friendly and helpful.
