  1.衞生打扫差。一进门地上就有一团头发，地板也不像拖过的，沙发更是肉眼可见的脏。 2.服务态度差。房间座机打不通前台电话，手机拨打居然给我挂了。 3.房间设施维护差。进门走廊灯是坏的，房间墙上挂画只有一个钉子，摇摇欲坠。被子磨损严重，边部已经洗出絮条。 4.隔音极差。整晚都是来自不同楼层不同房间的桌椅拖拽声音，难以入眠！ 250左右的价格市面上能选择的酒店不少了，贵酒店在这种价格区间提供如此服务，令人大跌眼镜，实在应敲响警钟

  出去玩就喜欢住维也纳 服务好 衞生也非常放心，因为来的比较晚了前台小姐姐还非常热心的帮我们升级了房间，体验很好 下次来成都还住这家

  这家酒店的服务让我很满意，下了雨在进去办理入住的时候就给我递了热水，前台办理入住时间也很快，我问了周围游玩的地方，很耐心地给我介绍了。客房阿姨打扫得很乾净，看到我晾的衣服还帮忙整理好。全程笑脸相迎，感觉很热情。细节里藏着用心，住得特别舒服，下次一定再来！
