酒店服务堪称完美，员工个个面带微笑，响应需求迅速，全程都让我有宾至如归的感觉。这次入住体验远超预期，从入住到退房流程顺畅，细节处的贴心关怀，让旅途疲惫一扫而空。前台工作人员专业又暖心，办理入住超快，还主动递上热饮，耐心讲解酒店设施，太加分了。，责任心满分。客房服务员太细心了。

带孩子出来玩了几天，一直住的维也纳，主要是床比较大，带孩子睡挺舒服的，而且房型挺好，又乾净衞生，住了几次感受都挺不错以至于一説晚上住哪儿就开始看附近有没有维也纳，价格比较合适，而且附近吃的玩的出行都很方便，总体很满意。
