第二次入住，地理位置不错，周边酒店对比而言性价比还算高，这次有些不太满意，到酒店前台，前台人员在QQ聊天不太注意办理入住，告知以后预定，前台没有做预定信息而且告知满房无房接待，本是预付订单提前3天预订的，前台人员纠结很久各种询问订单情况，最后给到一间单间，房间时间圆床，但是房间设备希望酒店方注意检修下，防盗扣是坏的，猫眼也是坏的，床头插头无电，卫生间天花板裂缝切悬挂欲掉落，马桶盖也是坏的，床头全是灰尘，经常出差在外住酒店，对这些还是比较注重的，其他都还不错，也还是愿意再次入住

第一，前台业务不熟练，服务不敢恭维，第二，酒店装修也没告知，厕所顶上老鼠作伴，第三，多开票要收15个点，还不是专票，第四，早上8:26下去，早餐都没有。有图为证

床还是可以，房间有点小，卫生打扫不干净。前台收我150房钱148，说两块钱当押金，退房一起算，结果退房的时候，换了人，说不知道。我不差两块钱，只是服务态度，不怎么行。
