酒店地址位置很方便，特别适合我们旅游客人！市中心天府广场附近，安静！我们住的2楼，2颗大银杏树，听前台説有300多年了，还有历史感，紧靠陕西会馆！酒店管理不错，前台服务态度好，还主动给我们介绍周边环境、好吃、好玩得地方，为我们提供攻略！客房衞生细节做得好，确实赶紧舒适、房间还有功夫茶，惬意！大厅有2只鹦鹉??，好可爱；看来店家是付出了心思的，为我们旅途增加了很多快乐，明天夏天还来.

好的地方1、地理位置闹中取静，装修偏中式；
2、免费提供亲子汉服；
3、退房时间到15:00；
4、如果有时间的话可以去小影院厅看场电影。
个人觉得需要改进的地方
1、纸品质量有待提升，卷纸和抽纸；
2、不知道是新风系统还是空调噪音有点大。

布局设计非常独特，很喜欢，工作人员热情主动，满分评价！早餐特别喜欢，尤其是那碗麪，超合我胃口。对我来説，唯一的可惜是早餐开始的时间有点晚
另外，顺便做个广告，那是当地人自己的早餐店，我专门打车过去吃的

有努力在做设施，有影院、客厅有开发沙发区域、有汉服体验、客房是中式风格和有茶具；但是客房空间有点小，而且感觉装修有点陈旧，通风不是特别好？总感觉空气中灰尘比较重，但床品是乾净的。客房外走廊装修可能是风格的原因显得有点陈旧和空荡荡灰蒙蒙的。电子身份证不能入住！！！要去派出所开证明！！

When we first came into the room, we can’t locked the door. And the staff had to fix it. It took some time. The toilet was not clean properly. I can see moldy at the toilet wall and there’s also toilet odor. I think it’s from the sewage. Staffs’ was responsible and very accommodating. Just the room is not up to par. Should improve especially on the cleanliness. I also use the washer and dryer. It’s a good thing that the hotel prepared this, but somehow the machine doesn’t actually follow the timing stated. So please spare some extra time if you plan to do your laundry

Great location and clean and comfortable room. The front desk staff were exellent and helpful. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything outside even when they changed my room. There is no coffee at the breakfast buffet. The workers at said buffet were useless and annoyed that I request for them to top up the food (half an hour of the food buffet being open 0730-1000). Also when I was trying to do laundry. A worker / cleaner was cleaning her own personal dress making me wait for her cycle to go through.

很好，还有欢迎水果。房间里空气很好闻，沐浴露也是我喜欢的味道，虽然临街，但睡觉的时候也没有觉得很吵。

The hotel was ideally situated next to the city center so very easy to access the subway.
It was very clean, really with a feeling of luxury.
There was one laundry room so at least could clean some clothes.
A few other amenities too, I recommend this hotel!

外面看着普通，里面设计别有心思的酒店。
茶🍵、修、静，是给我最大的印象，大堂修身养性的氛围扑面而来，两只红脸小鸟🐦颇为可爱，好像两个小小迎宾。希望它们不会被来来往往的住店客惊到。
前台在疫情期间严格遵守安全检查的程序，对于天府绿码、48小时有效核酸报告、身份证等等都一一检查，这样挺好的。
帮升级了个房型，可惜没看到传说中的银杏树…但房间本身是蛮不错的了。上楼需要刷房卡。
床品很舒服，睡得很香，风格简单大方，插头多。洗澡水很大，这点非常喜欢(⁎⁍̴̛͂▿⁍̴̛͂⁎)*✲ﾟ*
安静，没有明显的噪音，睡眠差的可以考虑这家。
房间有双人的小点心，还准备了静心字帖，可惜每天早出晚归…完全没有时间，可惜了。
早餐28，挺好的，这个价格吃得还挺丰富，可惜要赶时间，没有慢慢吃。
酒店的人也都很客气，娃也很喜欢这家酒店的氛围。
