第一，房间卫生间进去就一条枕巾，第二，房间灰多，五金件全是水印，家具浮灰，积灰重，卫生严重不达标，第三植物枯死了，依然留在房间，第四，早上七点过开始装修，噪音严重影响睡眠，作为入住客人，感觉体验非常不好！十点过后通知可以换房，我觉得这个已经没有意义了，一个装修，不可能今天才开始，做酒店这个服务意识严重缺乏！问题没有想在前！第五第二次打电话给前台，投诉噪音问题，反馈说才上班，不是很清楚投诉的问题，已经跟物业交涉，没办法处理，后面可能是管理人员来问，是否需要换房，在我看来已经没意义了，第一时间处理意见就该提出给我换房，虽然我也不会换，房间住了那么久，已经醒了，没必要浪费酒店的房间，但是后面补救我就会觉得服务体验不好，总结，非常不推荐，个人意见
