新开的店，设施很新，周边消费环境很好，有小龙坎火锅形象店，沃尔玛，万达影城等 总体很值。缺点是洗衣机烘干机坏了。

新开业的酒店，装修味道比较大；健身房设施比较少，墙还没刷完；酒店和大厦共用地下停车场，也在装修中，而且需要额外付费。整体感受一般，不推荐现在入住。
