酒店房间还是不错的，一个人住宽敞！设施也不错，卫生干净。就是前台服务员态度很差！！！订好了的单间，钱也付完了的。晚上11点到的，直接就给我说没有房间了，态度爱理不理的！！把我搞晕了，这么晚没房间了，叫我再去慢慢找呀！！仔细询问了才告诉我有标间，价格一样的！！最可气的是:我顺口跟她确认退房时间是不是下午两点，她却坚定的告诉我12点前！！！我本来计划两点退的，没办法只好12点退了，出门时我心中不爽，问身边的服务员，人家很肯定的告诉我是下午两点前退！！！我立马就想投诉昨晚那个前台了！！！素昧平生的，又没发生过任争执，难道她看我哪里不顺眼吗？！！

宰客的店！！
明明网上预定单人间时已经付了房费125元，住的时候却说没有单人房，另喊交了110元，开了一个标间。收两份钱！！

酒店交通好，距离地铁站文化宫很近，吃饭也方便，环境很好，很超值。就是温度有点低，没有电梯，正好算是健身了。
