因为是车站附近，周边环境确实不咋的，消费餐饮之类最好选择在离车站比较远的那个小区门口（老板的公寓离这边也较近），反正那边也什么都有这是老板告诉我的，当天去试了一下，确实比另外离车站近的那一面便宜。到了是老板来接的不然根本找不到，因为那边都是小区住宅改的，整个小区很多栋楼都是这种公寓，根本找不到路，也没有招牌之类的。房间设施算完善还有的基本都有，洗发水沐浴露是瓶装的看起比一般那种要好一些，不过我都是自带。独卫但较小，床宽度合适。大热天老板还送了几瓶冰冻矿泉水，这点很贴心。成都不错比较平街道到处都是共享单车，玩的地方也多。

为了搭早点的高铁所以行程的最后一天从成都市区转移到了这里，东方新城二期这里有很多旅舍，但是大家一定要注意不要订到野鸡旅社，乐巢环境陈设不错，老板和老板娘非常热情，我和我老铁一进东方新城打电话给老板他就马上来接我们了，还免费送了水给我们，我们的特价单间是没有独立卫生间的，但是其他房型很多都有独立卫生间所以公用卫生间人也不会太多，下次来成都东站中转的时候还会来这。
