就是普通民居房，当地闲置房屋出租，看起还是干净整洁，环境不错，主要是去那边学校考试，住地挨着学校方便，住个一两晚还行

环境不错，阳台上有很多多肉，空间也很大，可能是特价房的原因，隔音不好，晚上好晚有人来，早上56点有人走的声音总能被吵醒。不过年龄大一些的嬢嬢人超级好，喜欢她。

虽然卫生间公用，不过挺干净，分男女，建议毛巾自带。内部隔音不太好，三楼网络信号很好但连上后根本打不开，建议老板修复

完全被他们漂亮的沙发床给骗了，从火车站下车，打的花了11块钱才到他们店，一看到那条件我简直无语了，首先没有室内的，卫浴，其次没有空调，再次油漆味很重，应该是装修不久，总之很阴森很坑爹，是我有生以来住过的感觉最被欺骗的，旅馆。价钱倒是很便宜，但是他这个条件，最多值30块。
