1、酒店设计还是比较舒服，前台态度比较好。不好的：2、我从四点钟开始给酒店打电话，一直没有人接，然后给艺龙打，艺龙说也联系不上。最后我八点好不容易找到了酒店，到前台反应，说，电话换了，跟携程说过，不知道为什么没有换。我不知道是酒店还是艺龙，到底是哪里有问题，反正我订了酒店就怎么样都联系不上酒店。3、酒店很难找，电话打不通，前台在3楼，也不知道车该停哪，我冒着大雨找到了前台，车停门口会被警察拍照，反正你要费劲找酒店，找前台，问了再冒雨下来去找停车场。4、酒店没有停车场，车停对面，然后我冒着大雨，拉着大箱小箱，带着小孩全身湿透进了酒店。5、老公说这么大雨，你下来他们也不知道给个伞，我说这个就不要额外要求了。6、关于价钱，提前一个星期订的，结果比前一天晚上我看到的价格还要贵，网上搞得房源很紧张似的，后来发现真的不必，成都大把酒店，价格还比这个便宜。7、给了440担保费，前台还要给440房费，再给400押金，冻结的资金比五星级酒店贵。8、给五星好评饮料任喝，知道艺龙这么高评价怎么来的了。本次行程在艺龙上订了6个酒店，都是看评价订的，发现这坑有多深。以后请大家多看看几个平台。不要太相信艺龙。
