酒店管理不到位，走廊两处有烟头，男性服务人员穿戴不整齐在电梯里拉新洗好的床单被罩，房间面积很大，但是有些老旧，淋浴和房门锁坏了有待修理，最主要的前台说没有发票只能开收据是什么鬼！！一个酒店不给顾客开具发票这是偷了多少税，没人管嘛？4.7分是怎么来的？？
