你看这是烧水壶。麻烦你们打扫能细心点吗？前台服务一点都不专业！我在携程上面是代扣了的，酒店又来收我一次房费！然后第二天退房呢又说搞错了。房间里面的热水要么烫脱皮要么是冷水！想洗个温水澡还真是个技术活。办入住的时候说的是免费给我们升级。我感觉实际这就是个套路。

本来想换个地方住，看地图上是另一个酒店，实际上是同一个酒店，无奈退了房又办理了入住，这次是5楼，很安静，隔音什么都好，和第一次入住的时候感觉一模一样，没有什么可以挑剔的。

头天晚上接待的人员还可以，但第二天前台刚十一点就打电话催退房，放下电话，打扫卫生的就在门外喊，你们退房收拾完没得，气的真想出去给*两耳光。有照片的房型没看到，两个人住的亲子间，有些灯是坏的，算及格吧。清居其他几家店也都有些差别，要选择自己要看好。
