酒店管理员热情，周到，提前下楼来等候接待，酒店位置优越，离天府广场地铁很近，周围小吃方便，下面还有商场超市，下次还选择住这里！

酒店外卫极小。而且淋浴头的架子已坏。内位水压极小。如果两个浴室同时洗澡。内位的水流几乎为没有。两个浴室的下水通道堵塞。第二晚停水到凌晨4-5点。而且两个厕所的灯极其昏暗。停车还需要给每小时5元。地下停车楼奇臭无比。连住两晚厕所。客厅的餐巾纸都没有添加。床极其硬。根本睡不着。拖鞋质量也特别差。

“一品云墅”听着名字感觉还挺洋气的，房间内的硬件设施感觉很精致像新装修，但是也没什么味道！厨房里的用品有电饭煲、电磁炉之类的，还可以做个简单的早餐!服务和卫生都还很不错；
