房间很好，性价比超高，设施齐全，唯一的缺点觉得就是电视机顶盒点播功能不能用，不能看自己想看的节目。是住宅区改的酒店，安全性很好，然后离周围市内的景点也很近，交通方便。

高层的精装修住宅，一房一厅一厨一卫。业主委托第三方管理，居住环境没得说，安全方面也很让人放心，楼下管控严格，出入都有人要求登记，且需要门禁卡。
