位置不错，在校门口，离锦里特别近，步行穿体校就行了。房子是在一个小区里，房东不错，到了会到楼下来接。整体的卫生还可以，有洁癖的应该会有些麻烦。但是从房间可以直接看到锦里，视野不错。

老板娘态度特别好，但是房间住了三天没有做卫生，厕所和客厅的纸都不多，用完了不及时补，和老板娘说了要补充纸结果只补充了厕纸，客厅抽纸还是空的。
